美聯儲利率決議來臨 黃金有望延續漲勢
現貨黃金截止至2019年7月31日3：00收盤于1430.9美元/盎司，昨日黃金整體走勢為小幅上漲，但最終依舊受壓于1434美元/盎司區間高點位置，觸碰上方壓力後黃金出現回落情況，並重新走回1430美元/盎司下方位置。
特朗普要求大幅降息：在美聯儲會議之前，特朗普發表了一系列推文，重申了他對美聯儲決策者的批評。美國總統特朗普週一再度批評美聯儲，敦促其本周不要只是“小幅降息”，這加大了美聯儲降息幅度大於市場預期的壓力。他在推特上寫道：“在通脹率非常低的情況下，我們的美聯儲什麼也不做，且未來的行動力度相比之下也會非常小，美聯儲採取的所有行動都是錯誤的。一次小幅度降息還不夠。”
歐元區前景堪憂：法國第二季經濟增長意外放緩，因家庭支出轉弱，且7月德國消費者信心連續第三個月惡化，進一步顯示歐元區整體經濟正在降溫。歐元區兩個最大經濟體公佈的資料乏力，這支援了歐洲央行行長德拉基的評估。德拉基認為，經濟增長前景正在惡化，歐洲央行應出臺更多貨幣刺激措施。
