大臣離職阻撓硬脫歐 現貨黃金震盪回落
現貨黃金截止至2019年7月23日3：00收盤於1428美元/盎司，昨日全日美國無重要數據公佈，亦無官員方面的講話，金價缺乏基本面推動，整天維持震盪走勢，區間保持在1420-1430區間以內，形勢在今日亞盤有了轉變，開盤後金價出現向下破位動作，目前金價交投於1417美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪，報16.4美元/盎司。
新首相上臺前麻煩不斷：7月23日英國將公佈新一任英國首相，而就在詹森將大概率獲選之際，幾位英國內閣大臣主動離職，因他們擔心無協議脫歐將使停滯不前的英國經濟陷入更深的衰退。目前保守黨在議員席位中不佔優勢，若保守黨有影響力的議員紛紛離職，詹森的無協議脫歐進程面臨巨大困難。
特朗普暫度債務危機：美國現任財政部部長努欽在2019年2月21日、3月4日以及3月5日連續三次提醒國會美國債務規模達到上限的情況，同時宣佈財政部已經開始採取非常規措施，來避免政府債務違約。但通常美國政府總是等到快要違約時才開始動議，特朗普推特上宣佈與眾議院和參議院達成共識，將債務上限延期至2年後。
