油價前景仍難樂觀 現貨黃金震盪回落
現貨黃金截止至2019年7月19日14：00收盤於1441美元/盎司，昨日金價大幅沖高，最高一度觸碰1452.7美元/盎司一線，隨後開啟回落調整，今日亞盤小幅震盪後，歐盤進一步打開回調空間，短時間內金價已經回踩至1440美元/盎司一線下方，目前現貨黃金交投於1438美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪，報16.41美元/盎司。
美油油價前景堪憂：俄羅斯能源部長諾瓦克表示，俄羅斯過去幾天的石油產量已恢復至OPEC協議中承諾的上限，雖然投資者目前關注的重點美伊局勢，但需警惕OPEC減產協議放飛黑天鵝。
無協議脫歐或難成現實：7月18日英國議員批准了一項提案，旨在為下屆首相通過暫停議會來強行推進無協議脫歐設置障礙。該提案要求，即使在議會被暫停的情況下，也要在9月和10月的幾天裏開會審議北愛爾蘭事務。這再次表明，議會決心阻止英國在沒有達成協議的情況下脫離歐盟。
