週一市場平淡 美元黃金齊震盪
現貨黃金截止至2019年7月16日3：00收盤于1414.9美元/盎司，黃金在晚間美盤時段多次觸碰1410美元/盎司支撐，並且一度虛破走回1407.6美元/盎司，但最終價格修復跌幅，並借助支撐早間亞盤開市走回1418美元/盎司附近的區間高點，整體格局維持震盪盤整。
無協議脫歐概率增大：目前處於領先地位的詹森或是居於下風的競爭對手傑瑞米·亨特將于下周上任。這兩位英國首相候選人都曾承諾要重新談判愛爾蘭後備方案，這是特雷莎·梅談成的脫歐協議中最難的一部分。如果歐盟不肯談，他們都願意接受無協議脫歐。歐盟表示不會重新磋商，歐盟在小心避免向亨特，特別是詹森做出比向特雷莎·梅多得多的讓步，然而歐盟官員們也表示，他們還留有一些餘地，因為當他們明白無論他們怎麼讓步特雷莎·梅的協議都不太可能獲議會通過時，他們保留了一些讓步方案。
原油產量仍過剩：由於多國經濟增速放緩的影響，今年以來，全球石油消費遠低於預期，這意味著在2019年上半年，全球原油過剩情況仍在繼續不斷加劇，雖然OPEC及其合作夥伴通過減產來保持市場均衡 ，但結果並不理想。全球經濟放緩，以及石油庫存居高不下所帶來的擔憂情緒，或使油價下跌在此狀況下，OPEC可能需要將產量削減至17年來的最低水準，以平衡市場。國際能源署表示，由於OPEC減產，今年上半年全球石油庫存意外增加，其他合作夥伴也未能阻止庫存再度。
