金價站穩千四 寬鬆環境助漲
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年7月13日03:00報1416.5美元/盎司，上周尾美盤時段最高價為1416.7美元/盎司，金價回撤後成功守住1400大關，收盤之際重新回到了1410上方。現貨白銀報15.23美元/盎司，白銀小幅回撤但反應不大。
鮑威爾鴿派證詞：鮑威爾認為這並未改變美聯儲對未來前景的展望。鮑威爾週三在國會聽證會上表示，自從美聯儲官員在6月會議上向降息敞開大門以來，圍繞貿易緊張局勢的不確定性以及對全球經濟增長的擔憂繼續對美國經濟前景構成壓力。
地緣政治局勢緊張：近日伊朗政府宣佈將突破伊朗核問題全面協議的限制，正在提高濃縮鈾生產豐度，將不再受伊核協議規定伊朗只能生產豐度上限為3.67%濃縮鈾的限制。歐洲國家立即表示“嚴重關切”，美方則放風稱伊朗會招致“更多制裁”。
