美元維持盤整 黃金沖高回落
現貨黃金截止至7月12日14：00開盤于1405.3美元/盎司，早間亞盤時段下探1400美元/盎司整數關口支撐後展開反彈至1410美元/盎司附近受壓回落，整體亞盤行情為震盪盤整走勢。
英國迎來降息預期：英國貨幣政策委員會委員雷洛當地時間週三晚間發表講話稱，她並不認為未來幾個月英國央行面臨加息的壓力，因為她預期英國通脹率將跌破央行設定的2%目標，而全球經濟前景走弱也令人擔憂。雷洛似乎強化了英國央行行長卡尼一周前提出的觀點，市場突然開始越來越多地押注英國央行將在未來幾個月降息。卡尼表示，由於全球貿易緊張局勢，英國經濟面臨下行風險，貨幣政策立場比預期的更緊。
原油供應或持續過剩：在最新的石油市場報告中，OPEC闡述了石油出口國面臨的挑戰，2019年全球石油需求可能只增長114萬桶/日，但僅僅非OPEC國家的供應就可能超過205萬桶/日，2020年，非OPEC國家的石油供應可能會再增加240萬桶/日，而需求只會再增加114萬桶/日，也就是說OPEC可能被迫永遠延長減產，以防止油價暴跌。
