美聯儲鞏固不動政策 現貨黃金維持震盪
現貨黃金截止至2019年5月23日3：00收盤於1273.6美元/盎司，昨日金價整體以震盪走勢為主，亞盤時段整體維持於1272-1275區間內，歐盤美盤擴大震盪區間至1273-1277，淩晨美聯儲公佈會議紀要後並沒有出現大幅度波動，現階段仍處於震盪區間內運行，目前交投於1274美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪，報14.43美元/盎司。
美聯儲按兵不動：5月23日，隨著貿易摩擦升級，可能會帶來更高的美國價格，增長放緩和商業信心下滑，這將鞏固美聯儲的按兵不動政策。因此美聯儲官員並不急於上調或下調利率。美聯儲官員擔心，長時間的通脹數據低於其目標可能會開始削弱公眾對其實現通脹目標的信心。淩晨美聯儲會議紀要確實指出了對通脹多次脫靶的容忍限制。
梅姨新協議恐再度受挫：英鎊近期持續疲軟，或創下歷史最長下跌時間記錄，因為投資者準備迎接5月強硬脫歐派的成功。如果有600萬英國人在本週四（5月24日）的歐盟議會選舉中投票支持英國退歐黨，以及它的無協議脫歐政策，那麼無疑將加劇英國政治多極極端化，也將為英國保守黨的脫歐強硬派領導鮑裏斯·詹森走馬上任鋪平道路，英國無協議脫歐的可能性大幅上升。
