美元回落至低位 亞盤黃金繼續走弱
現貨黃金截止至2019年4月15日14：00收盤于1288美元/盎司，早間黃金亞盤開市後承接上周最後收盤的回落走勢繼續下行，並且下破1290美元/盎司支撐位置，最低到達下方1286美元/盎司後止跌稍有反彈，亞盤整體走勢較為疲弱。
全球經濟增速放緩：國際貨幣與金融委員會第39屆部長級會議當天在華盛頓結束後，IMF發佈的公報稱，全球經濟增速放緩，風險依然偏於下行；公報指出，自由、公平、互惠的貨物和服務貿易及投資是經濟增長和創造就業的主要引擎；為此，需要化解貿易矛盾，支援世界貿易組織實施必要改革，以改進其運作。
日本大臣計畫提高消費稅：日本財務大臣麻生太郎在向國際貨幣基金組織指導委員會提交的一份聲明中說：“今年10月，我們將把消費稅從8%提高到10%。”他表示，通過此次上調稅率，我們不僅將實現中長期財政整固，還將實現包容性增長”，其中部分收入將用於提供免費的幼稚教育。
