市場避險情緒燃起 現貨黃金重返千三
現貨黃金截止至2019年3月15日14：00收盤於1299美元/盎司，現貨黃金價格昨日出現較大幅度下滑，經過淩晨時段低位橫盤過程後，亞盤時段開始有所反彈，最高一度觸碰1299.8美元/盎司一線，歐盤開盤後進一步反彈，目前交投於1300美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀低位反彈，報15.27美元/盎司。
油價料續刷年內新高：亞盤時段油價窄幅震盪，已連續錄得四個交易日收漲。OPEC產油國持續減產以及美國對委內瑞拉、伊朗的制裁可能導致2019年第一季度全球供應略有逆差。但油價因擔憂經濟放緩將很快開始抑制燃料需求增長而受到限制，日內留意IEA月度原油市場報告，以及美國石油鑽井數據。
美國政局助燃避險情緒：參議院3月14日投票阻止特朗普為建邊境牆而宣佈全國緊急狀態，此舉料將令特朗普首次行使其總統否決權。投票結果為59對41票，如要推翻總統的否決權，需要有67票贊成。參議院的投票結果表明，共和黨與總統並不團結。參議院多數黨領袖麥康奈爾在投票中支持總統的決定，但承認許多參議員希望限制總統未來發佈緊急聲明的權力。
