脫歐協議再遭否決，現貨黃金趁機反彈
現貨黃金截止至3月13日3：00收盤于1301.7美元/盎司，金價昨日整體以震盪反彈走勢為主，其中歐盤和美盤前段時間金價偏向震盪調整，漲幅主要集中在亞盤及美盤後半夜時段，現階段交投于1303美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀反彈，報15.44美元/盎司。
英國議會否決修訂後脫歐協議:週三淩晨英國首相特雷莎·梅在與保守黨議員的非公開會議上提交了其修改後的脫歐計畫，試圖爭取脫歐派議員的支持，但她很快遭受了三重打擊。首先總檢察長針對協議條款發佈了新的法律意見，警告稱按照所謂的愛爾蘭邊界後備方案，仍存在著英國受困于歐盟海關機制的風險。經過法律專家小組徹夜的詳細研究之後，保守黨支持英國脫歐的歐洲研究小組敦促保守黨不要支援新脫歐協定，就連支援特雷莎梅政府的民主統一黨也批評了她的最新計畫。議會投票的最終結果是391票反對，242票贊成。
CPI漲幅創近兩年半最低: 3月12日公佈報告顯示，美國2月CPI四個月來首次上漲，但漲幅不大，為近兩年半來的最小同比漲幅。上月核心通脹溫和，加之經濟增長放緩，支持美聯儲今年進一步加息時保持“耐心”的立場。美元兌一籃子貨幣下滑，美元指數連續三日收跌，徘徊97關口下方。3月13日晚間20:30，美國將公佈2月PPI年率及2月核心PPI年率，料引發匯市短線波動。
