美元持續走弱 黃金跌破支撐
現貨黃金截止至2019年2月28日4：00收盤于1318.9美元/盎司，黃金在經過多天的橫盤震盪後，於今日淩晨終於出現破位動作，金價在上攻1328美元/盎司一線無力的情況下，回頭下破1321美元/盎司前低支撐位置，目前交投于1318美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀反彈走勢，報15.7美元/盎司
美聯儲縮表即將結束：美聯儲已經制定資產負債表計畫的框架，希望很快宣佈。重申美聯儲計畫在2019年稍晚結束縮表行動，資產負債表不會重返“非常小”的規模，美聯儲主席鮑威爾認為2018年GDP增速預計在3%左右，可能略低於3%。
EIA強勢利好：EIA資料顯示，上周美國原油庫存驟降864萬桶，市場預期為增加280萬桶，這終止了此前連續五周庫存增加的勢頭，且降幅幾乎是API原油庫存降幅的一倍。與此同時，EIA汽油庫存下降190萬桶，精煉油庫存下降30萬桶。
