美元繼續走弱 但黃金仍在震盪
現貨黃金截止至2019年2月27日3：00收盤于1329.2美元/盎司，昨日晚間由於鮑威爾說辭較為中性，以致黃金方面短時間內在1323-1330區間內震盪，仍未逃離震盪行情。
資料決定美聯儲政策：1月份美聯儲官員認為有必要對未來的利率調整抱以耐心，隨著通脹壓力的變小，聯邦公開市場委員會上個月決定維持利率不變，美聯儲需確定其政策行動的累積影響以及全球和金融發展形勢，政府政策的持續不確定性，都意味著需要對未來政策變化採取耐心的態度，鮑威爾提到，在未來美聯儲的政策決策將繼續依賴資料，並將考慮經濟狀況和前景發展的新資訊。
儘量避免無協議脫歐：英國首相特雷莎·梅向議會承諾，如果議會下個月拒絕她的脫歐協議，那麼議會將有機會投票決定是否推遲脫歐，從而避免無協議脫歐帶來的潛在經濟災難。這個延遲脫歐的選項是梅做出的一個重大讓步，允許英國預定的脫歐時間推遲是一場巨大的政治賭博。同時，英國央行行長卡尼也對無協議脫歐可能對經濟造成的損害進一步發出警告。
