美國緊急狀態 黃金喜迎上漲
現貨黃金截止至2019年2月18日14：00收盤于1322.6美元/盎司，現貨黃金早間開盤後延續上週五晚間漲勢往前高1326壓力測試，隨後收到上方壓力的壓制，黃金未能有效往上突破，亞盤整體走勢較為強勁。
特朗普遭受起訴：就在特朗普簽署命令的幾小時後，當地時間15日晚間，自由進步非盈利組織和智庫Public Citizen在華盛頓特區提起聯邦訴訟，該訴訟案還包括德州3名地主，他們的土地位於南部邊境一帶，他們被告知如果今年建牆資金就位，他們的土地將被沒收以建造邊境牆。該訴訟稱特朗普宣佈緊急狀態的行為超過了他被賦予的權力，是明顯的違法行為。
特雷莎仍努力爭取脫歐協議：特雷莎·梅還計畫本周與歐盟委員會主席容克，以及每個歐盟成員國的領導人進行對話。她能否獲得過國內支持在很大程度上決定這些會談能否取得進展，並決定英鎊能否繼續反彈。愛爾蘭外交部長已經表示，歐盟願意提供措施説明脫歐協議過關。
