美元反彈受阻 黃金保持高位
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年1月30日14:00報1315.1美元/盎司，隔日最高價為1315.2美元/盎司，金價早盤繼續小幅走高，目前持續站穩在1310一線上方。現貨白銀報15.96美元/盎司，白銀同樣延續小幅上行。
美國經濟狀況亮燈：受到美國政府創紀錄停擺的影響，美國消費者信心指數在1月份跌至一年半低點，消費者預期亮起經濟衰退的黃色警示信號。但週二美元仍小幅走高，因投資者正等待美聯儲1月30日公佈的利率決定。市場比較擔心國內外經濟放緩。
油價保持震盪反彈：油價延續前一交易日漲勢。由於美國對委內瑞拉國有石油公司PDVSA實施制裁，可能抑制該國的原油出口，油價週二反彈。委內瑞拉擁有世界上最大的探明石油儲量，但由於缺乏投資，其潛力尚未實現。
