美聯儲利率決議在即 金價多頭發起衝擊
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年1月30日2:00報1309.7美元/盎司，隔日最高價為1311.6美元/盎司，金價多頭在站穩1300大關後繼續向上方發起衝擊，並且刷新了大半年高點。現貨白銀報15.82美元/盎司，白銀同樣溫和上行之勢。
美聯儲決議公佈在即：市場將密切關注週四淩晨公佈的美聯儲利率決議以及隨後鮑威爾的講話，這將會對接下來相當一段時間的美元走勢產生直接的影響。特別是鮑威爾在加息問題上保持耐心的相關措辭以及縮表問題的看法。
英國議會再度投票：英國議會就該國脫離歐盟協議的一系列擬議修正案進行投票，議員支持一項旨在消除協議最具爭議的部分，即所謂的愛爾蘭邊境後備計畫的修正案。不過，歐盟重申只會考慮修改政治聲明，若首相梅觸及其紅線願意考慮推遲英國脫歐截至日期。
