黃金破位轉空 低位調整震盪
早間現貨黃金在1281.4美元/盎司亞盤開盤後進行拉升，小幅沖高至1283.4美元/盎司高位受壓，隨後再次下探1281美元/盎低點回升，整體保持在1283-1281區間窄幅震盪走勢。
美國紐約聯儲主席威廉姆斯講話：美聯儲需要耐心、審慎和良好的判斷力，預計美國2019年GDP增速為2-2.5%，2018年為3%，沒有看到令人擔憂的通脹壓力跡象，如果環境改變將重新評估資產負債表政策，美聯儲在實現兩個目標進展良好，美聯儲可能會在今年達到2%的通脹目標，如果經濟不那麼強勁，將會調整政策，就業市場強勁，與大規模就業一致，歐洲和亞洲導致全球經濟增速預期不那麼樂觀，對美國經濟保持樂觀，也得悉市場的焦慮情緒，利率更加接近正常水準，若前景惡化，美聯儲將盡其所能幫助經濟，政府關門和地緣政治不確定性帶來逆風，高經濟增速將一定程度保證更高利率水準，對政策觀點的調整將取決於經濟資料，政府停擺，地緣政治不確定性會引發逆風因素，很明顯政府停擺正對經濟產生影響，政府關門結束後將看到GDP增速反彈，經濟面臨的不確定性已經急劇上升，美聯儲依賴受到政府停擺影響的經濟資料，減稅將有可能提振投資和生產力，財政刺激的效果基本符合我們的預期，收益率曲線已經略有趨平，收益率曲線倒掛並不一定意味著經濟衰退，整體來看銀行業環境相當強勁，經濟如美聯儲預期般良好，硬脫歐可能將帶來波動性，英國脫歐對美國經濟來說是個重要的問題，英國脫歐對全球經濟而言也是個重要事件，美聯儲需要睜大眼睛並時刻準備採取行動。
2019年世界經濟論壇年會在達沃斯召開：世界經濟論壇年度會議將於1月22日在瑞士達沃斯舉行。屆時100多個國家的政府首腦和官員以及1000多家跨國公司的高管將在論壇中討論“世界的狀況如何改善”。
