黃金震盪不改 原油需求上升
早間現貨黃金在1289.1美元/盎司亞盤開盤後小幅沖高1291受壓回落，隨後再次下探底1288附近底部支撐後開始攀升走勢，截止午間15:00收線為1292.6美元/盎司，市場表現依舊較為清淡，英國脫歐協議投票被議會否決與坎薩斯城聯儲主席埃斯特喬治鴿派發言未能進一步提升避險情緒，因此行情仍然維持窄幅震盪走勢。
坎薩斯城聯儲主席埃斯特喬治講話:現在可能是停止加息的好時候，在加息上應該保持謹慎和耐心，利率尚未達到中性水準，儘管已經接近，過去政策行動的效果還未完全顯現，經濟前景依舊有利，儘管有上行和下行風險，現在已不適宜提供明晰的FOMC前瞻性指引，資產負債表政策移除寬鬆的效果還不明確，金融市場環境已經收緊，暫停政策正常化將給美聯儲時間來評估至今為止加息的影響，若通脹壓力出現，將需要更多次加息，預計今年經濟增速將有一定程度的下滑，但仍高於潛在增速，隨著失業率進一步下滑，通脹可能會上升。
原油需求上升:全球股市的的上漲，中國加大財政刺激，市場對2019年經濟放緩的擔憂有所降溫，提升了原油需求預期，API原油庫存也下降，這給油價提供支撐，EIA月報也上調了原油需求增速預期，油價偏向上漲。
