卡普蘭欲暫停加息 黃金走強衝擊千三
現貨黃金截止至2019年1月4日3：00收盤于1290.9美元/盎司，昨日現貨黃金亞盤開盤出現短時間沖高回落，隨後繼續走高，其漲勢延續至歐盤早段，但歐盤在觸及1292美元/盎司一線後開始回落並收回亞盤所有漲幅，美盤美國小非農資料公佈後空頭進一步發力，所幸下方支撐力度良好在最低觸及1284.5美元/盎司一線後，行情回歸上漲，目前金價交投于1298美元/盎司一線。
美元屹立96關口不倒：近期美國資本市場噩耗不斷，政府關門疊加蘋果20年來首次下調營收展望，再加上ISM製造業新訂單指數降幅為2014年1月來最大，指數降至2016年8月來最低但是美元似乎仍受到較強的支撐，總體而言仍維持在96關口上方，與近期美股的風雨飄搖形成鮮明的對比。
美聯儲官員欲暫停加息：1月3日達拉斯聯儲主席卡普蘭就市場一直關注的加息、甚至是可能存在的降息問題做出了回應，並首次觸及了美聯儲資金負債表計畫調整的問題。卡普蘭聲稱美聯儲應該暫停加息，同時觀察金融狀況收緊，對利率敏感的經濟部門降溫以及海外經濟增長減速的影響，同時表示如果有必要，美聯儲應該對資產負債表政策調整持“非常開放”的態度。
