黃金震盪調整 非美貨幣反彈
現貨黃金截止至2018年12月13日14：00收盤于1244.8美元/盎司，現貨黃金維持在1240上方震盪調整，目前受到美元走強壓制未能順利突破1250壓力，日內依然需要多加觀察。
歐銀會議前瞻：市場預期歐洲央行將全面確認年底前結束債券購買計畫，但何時上調超低利率的信號將不那麼清晰。預計歐洲央行的政策聲明將維持其承諾，即至少在2019年夏季前將利率維持在目前水準。歐洲央行的關鍵貸款利率為0%，而隔夜存款利率為-0.4%。
義大利預算案：義大利政府稱，與歐盟委員會的談論還沒開始，沒有意義提前透露赤字率目標，並沒有確認2%的赤字目標。義大利已正式將預算案提交給歐盟委員會主席容克。義大利總理孔特週三是否會如預期在布魯塞爾會見歐盟委員會主席容克仍不確定。
