國際現貨黃金截止至2018年11月07日14:00報1228.8美元/盎司，最高價為1232.0美元/盎司，最低價為1222.9美元/盎司，早間金價仍舊保持震盪走勢。現貨白銀報14.55美元/盎司，白銀則有震盪走弱的趨勢。
民主黨接近掌控眾議院：美國國會中期選舉的初步結果顯示，共和黨接近失去國會控制權。亞洲時段投資者信心一直較為波動，股市和美元走勢動盪，因共和黨保持對眾議院控制權的前景飄忽不定。早盤尾段，廣播公司預計民主黨有望執掌眾議院。
義大利拒絕修改預算：義大利上個月因提交2019年預算草案，與歐盟爆發的前所未有的衝突似乎並沒有緩和的跡象，近日，歐元區各成員國財長要求義大利在11月13日之前，修改其2019年預算，以遵守歐盟規則，但義大利拒絕妥協，稱不會改變其具有爭議的預算赤字計畫。
