美指續創新高 拖累黃金走弱
國際現貨黃金2018年10月31日3點整收盤於1222.6美元/盎司，昨日現貨黃金最高反彈至1226.3美元/盎司，受到上方壓力隨後回落，今日開盤延續跌勢，整體呈現沖高回落走勢。
多國聯名要求審查美國關稅：在10月29日舉行的世貿組織爭端解決機構會議上，中國、歐盟、加拿大、墨西哥、挪威、俄羅斯、土耳其7個世界貿易組織成員強調，美國今年3月宣佈的鋼鋁關稅措施並非基於“國家安全”考慮，實質上是保障措施，並要求設立專家組就此措施是否違反世貿組織相關規定進行審查。
默克爾萌生退意德國政治風險再現：德國總理默克爾宣佈將不再續任基民盟主席，並在2021年總理任期屆滿卸任，歐洲極右翼政黨紛紛高呼“勝利”，而許多歐洲頂尖政客則對歐洲一體化前景感到擔憂。
