周初幅度不大 金價維持震盪
國際現貨黃金截止至2018年8月16日14:00報1177.7美元/盎司，最高價為1178.7美元/盎司，最低價為1160.3美元/盎司，金價早間大幅探低後出現回升。現貨白銀報14.6美元/盎司，白銀同樣出現沖低反彈。
中美貿易新一輪談判：來自商務部消息稱，應美方邀請，商務部副部長兼國際貿易談判副代表王受文擬於8月下旬率團訪美，與美國財政部副部長馬爾帕斯率領的美方代表團就雙方各自關注的中美經貿問題進行磋商。受此消息影響，市場對於貿易戰的擔憂有所緩和。
金屬商品全線大跌：金屬商品市場普遍下滑，美元匯率維持在接近14個月以來最高的水準，令以美元計價的商品期貨價格普遍承壓。金價延續本周來的跌勢，日內一度跌至1160，刷新18個月低位。新興市場進一步出清黃金頭寸以增持本地貨幣，也給黃金帶來了壓力。
