美國就業數據提振美元 黃金再創年內新
現貨黃金市場2018年8月3日3點整收盤於每盎司1209.3美元，較前一交易日收盤價相比，下跌8.6美元。現貨黃金開盤後延續昨日跌勢，創出年內新低價1206.4美元/盎司。現貨白銀震盪，報15.3美元/盎司。
卡尼畏懼貿易惡局和無序脫歐：8月2日，英國央行行長卡尼發表講話，他在肯定近期英國經濟基本面的同時，對貿易形勢和無序脫歐表現出憂慮，認為企業信心會因此受挫。截至發稿，英鎊兌美元回吐英銀決議公佈後的全部漲幅後，並轉而大瀉近60點至1.3026，創7月20日以來新低。至此，英鎊短線整體波幅近100點。
預期庫存下降提振油價：週四(8月2日)美洲交易時間油價走強，美油大漲逾2%，報69.18美元/桶。此前有報告顯示，最近一周俄克拉荷馬州庫欣原油庫存有所下降。此外，美國就業市場表現靚麗，歐洲經濟增速回升，以及當前美國原油季節性需求旺季，都對油價起到支撐作用。
