截止至今日北京時間14:00，國際現貨黃金價格為1222.2美元/盎司，日內沖高至1224美元/盎司附近，最低下探至1215.6美元/盎司附近；現貨白銀震盪，報15.33美元/盎司。
油市籠罩空頭危機：7月20日亞市早盤，油價小幅走高，隨後短線急跌，扭轉早間漲勢。因美元走強，非美貨幣、大宗商品再度承壓下行。此外，利比亞恢復出口，美國對伊朗原油買家的態度有所軟化，降低市場對全球石油供應短缺的預期。
特朗普不滿美元走強：美國總統特朗普對美聯儲發表了尖銳而罕見的批評，表達了對美聯儲的失望，並稱美聯儲可能會擾亂經濟復蘇。特朗普稱美元走強不利於美國，不滿意利率上升。這一言論傳來之後，美元指數短線下挫逾50點至94.91，從逾一年高位回落至僅小幅上漲。美元指數現報95.06。
