俄羅斯欲向伊朗油業投資500億美元：在美國正尋求盡可能減少伊朗原油出口的同時，伊朗高級顧問維拉亞蒂稱，俄羅斯準備向伊朗的油氣行業投資500億美元。維拉亞蒂此前訪問俄羅斯，並會見俄羅斯總統普京，討論重點在俄羅斯和伊朗的合作問題以及該地區的局勢，包括敘利亞的事態發展。各方重申對伊朗核協議聯合全面行動計畫的承諾。據伊朗官員稱，一家俄羅斯石油公司與伊朗簽署了價值40億美元的協議，該協議“將很快得到實施”。
上半年國民經濟總體平穩：今日國家統計局公佈上半年居民收入和消費支出情況。初步核算，上半年國內生產總值418961億元，按可比價格計算，同比增長6.8%。分季度看，一季度同比增長6.8%，二季度增長6.7%，連續12個季度保持在6.7%-6.9%的區間。分產業看，第一產業增加值22087億元，同比增長3.2%；第二產業增加值169299億元，增長6.1%；第三產業增加值227576億元，增長7.6%。
