央行降准0.5% 美油受提振飆升
現貨黃金市場2018年6月23日3點整收盤於每盎司1269.5美元，較前一交易日收盤價相比，微漲0.8美元，現貨白銀震盪反彈，報16.45美元/盎司。
降准0.5% 釋放七千億流動性：為進一步推進市場化法治化“債轉股”，加大對小微企業的支持力度，中國人民銀行決定，從2018年7月5日起，下調國有大型商業銀行、股份制商業銀行、郵政儲蓄銀行、城市商業銀行、非縣域農村商業銀行、外資銀行人民幣存款準備金率0.5個百分點。鼓勵5家國有大型商業銀行和12家股份制商業銀行運用定向降准和從市場上募集的資金，按照市場化定價原則實施“債轉股”專案。支持“債轉股”實施主體真正行使股東權利，參與公司治理，並推動混合所有制改革。定向降准資金不支持“名股實債”和“僵屍企業”的專案。同時，郵政儲蓄銀行和城市商業銀行、非縣域農商行等中小銀行應將降准資金主要用於小微企業貸款，著力緩解小微企業融資難融資貴問題。
OPEC增產幅度低於預期：6月23日當周美油收盤飆升6%，最高觸及69.35美元/桶，欲上探70美元大關。本周在維也納召開的石油輸出國組織OPEC峰會成了影響油價走勢的最重要的因素。最終OPEC協議最多增產100萬桶/日，實際可能只增產70萬桶/日，增產幅度不及預期，支撐美油飆升。
