美元再度攀升 黃金窄幅震盪
國際現貨黃金截止至6月13日14:00收盤價為1295.7美元/盎司，早間現貨黃金維持窄幅震盪走勢，最高價為1296.1美元/盎司，最低價位1294.4美元/盎司，市場在美聯儲6月利率決議公佈前波動較小。
歐銀將退出寬鬆政策：德拉基發出歐洲央行將開始縮減債券購買計畫的信號，對一些發展中國家來說，相比美聯儲前一天普遍預期的加息，這將是更大的一個危險。歐洲央行的縮減債券購買計畫來得比預期要早，並可能預示著貨幣寬鬆政策時代的終結。寬鬆貨幣政策曾在金融危機後推動資金流入新興市場，填補了新興市場的經常帳戶赤字。
OPEC減產將結束：俄羅斯計畫提議，允許OPEC及其盟友將原油產量恢復到2016年10月的水準，在3個月內取消大部分減產，但不是全部減產。最早從今年7月開始，各國將按比例接受每日180萬桶的增量配額。但是，市場實際的原油供應增量將低於這個水準，因為委內瑞拉、安哥拉和墨西哥等一些國家無法增加原油供應。
