中美關係緩和：儘管圍繞美國所挑起的貿易爭端正越來越引發市場擔憂，但在美國與中興通訊達成罰款協議後，市場對於中美貿易局勢開始報以正面預期。結合上週末中美貿易談判所獲得成果，中美之間的貿易摩擦有望緩和，或為相關議題所引發的恐慌情緒降溫。
