原油商討減產：油價在週一繼續大幅下挫並創逾五周新低，沙特和俄羅斯稱可能增加供應，而美國產量增長未顯示放緩跡象。為解決潛在的供應短缺問題，石油輸出國組織OPEC的實際領頭羊沙特，以及最大石油生產國俄羅斯已經就減少限產和每日增加供應100萬桶進行了磋商。
