歐洲仍在購買伊朗石油：美國宣佈退出伊朗核協議已經過去一段時間，歐洲買家仍在繼續購買伊朗石油，並未急於立即取代伊朗的石油供應。但一些煉油廠及貿易商表示，融資問題可能會阻止他們與伊朗的石油貿易。銀行將是伊朗歐洲客戶是否繼續購買伊朗石油、是否需要在緩衝期降低購買量的關鍵。
