伊朗局勢前景撲朔迷離：據美國總統特朗普宣佈，將重啟對伊制裁。特朗普表示，如果允許伊朗核協議存在，很快將在中東出現核武競賽，在逐步衰退的伊核協議之下，無法阻止伊朗無核化。對此，伊朗總統魯哈尼回應稱，在歐盟成員國進行談判後，伊朗準備重啟核活動。若有需要，伊朗將在三周後準備鈾濃縮。從兩邊領導人發表的講話內容來看，雙方似乎都沒有退讓的意思。而這可能為日後中東局勢愈發動盪埋下伏筆。據多數市場觀察人士認為，特朗普宣佈退出伊朗核協議為大概率事件，但他似乎沒有為與伊朗進行談判留有餘地，整體講話措辭比預期來的更加強硬。
