風險偏好回升 金價走出兩連星
現貨黃金市場2018年4月18日4點整收於每盎司1347.3美元，較前一交易日相比，金價微漲近2美元/盎司，持續呈現震盪走勢。現貨白銀方面，表現較黃金強勢，美盤時段帶領盤面率先沖高，雖最終沒有過於誇張的漲勢，但銀價方面最終報收在16.77美元，漲0.59%。
消息引發行情反復風險偏好有所回升：昨日，市場的風險事件未出現升級跡象，整體風險偏好回升推動美股大漲。其中，以科技股為權重的納斯達克指數尤其表現亮眼，大漲近1.75%。同時，美元指數在持續弱勢後，也錄得反彈，主要受益於美國工業產出月率和樓市數據均表現超預期所提振。此外，美國總統特朗普於周初在推特上稱中國和俄羅斯為匯率操縱國。這一言論被認為特朗普有推動美元貶值的傾向，並引發美元指數跌至近三周來低點。但美國財政努欽在週二駁斥了這一觀點，緩和市場部分疑慮，也對美元構成提振。
央行降准置換中期借貸便利：中國人民銀行決定4月25日起下調部分金融機構存款準備金率以置換中期借貸便利。分析認為，此舉將降低銀行資金成本和企業融資成本，利好資金流動性，有助於穩定股市以及宏觀經濟。下調人民幣存款準備金率1個百分點涉及對象有大型商業銀行、股份制商業銀行、城市商業銀行、非縣域農村商業銀行、外資銀行。目前，這幾類銀行存款準備金率的基準檔次為相對較高的17%或15%，借用MLF的機構也都在這幾類銀行之中。
