“现货白银交割”分为”提货”和”交货”两个环节。
“提货”指投资者在电子交易平台买入金条银锭后在会员网点提出交易标的金条银锭，也指投资者直接在会员网点购买交易标的金条银锭。
“交货”指投资者在电子交易平台卖出金条后在会员网点交入交易标的金条银锭，也指投资者直接在会员网点回售交易标的金条银锭。
供交割用的金条银锭由交易所指定厂家生产，铸有会员标识、生产厂家标识、重量标识、纯度标识和统一编号；金条纯度为99。99%，单条重量为200克；银锭纯度为99。99%，单锭重15公斤。
会员的经营网点为现货交割网点。
以下为提货和交货概要流程：
交货流程
1、投资者在会员交割网点当场平仓、当场打印出的平仓单据、交易所认证金条银锭及相匹配的原始”出库单”申请办理交货;
2、会员工作人员验证金条银锭及”出库单”;
3、验证无误，会员工作人员向投资者支付款项;
平仓回购价格=平仓价格–手续费
手续费包括检验费、储运费等，单位手续费为：黄金不高于现价的2%，白银不高于现价的5%。
提货流程
1、投资者在会员交割网点现场当场平仓并凭当场打印出的该笔平仓单据申请办理提货;
2、投资者按照交割价格和提货数量，当场向会员支付全额资金：
交割价格=平仓价格 提货费
提货费包括加工费、储运费等，单位提货费收取标准为：黄金不高于现价的7%，白银不高于现价的10%。
