从总体上讲，现货白银投资市场操作最好是以顺势操作为佳，就是在上升的趋势中逢低买进，在下跌的趋势中逢高抛出。如果想做反转势那就必须是原走势从形态、比例和周期这三方面同时到达一个关键的反转点上，并以设好止损为前提的情况下，方可入市操作。
具体落实到实际操作中，何为低点、何为高点这就要涉及到具体的技术分析的运用了，归纳起来有以下几种方法：
1、见位做单，破位止损：如上所述，在上升的趋势中，等待价格回调到重要的支撑位上买进，有效破位后止损。短线可在上升通道的上轨卖出平仓(但轻易不开新仓卖空)；在下跌的趋势中等待价格反弹到重要的压力位上抛空，有效破位止损。同样，在下降通道的下轨处买进平仓(决不开新仓抢反弹)。
2、破位做单：当价格涨破一个重要的压力位时顺势买进，回破位止损。当银价跌破一个重要的支撑位时顺势抛空，回破位止损。
3、重要反转点方可做逆市单：在大的波浪形态、比例、周期同时运行到某一反转点时，方可做逆市单，而且必须是轻仓，止损可放大一些，但不能没有止损。
以上几种做法无论你采取哪一种，都需要耐心等待那个最佳入市点的到来，如果时机把握不好，经常是看对了大势却赔了钱。因为市场的价格波动不是一条直线，任何趋势都是在震荡中运行出来的，没有选择好入市时机将使你饱受市场的震荡之苦。
