3、在上涨趋势不再明确的情况下，应分步减仓;当下跌趋势形成的时候，果断清仓或反向做空，但做空只可短线为之。
4、行情每时每刻都在发生变化，涨跌起伏的行情会使投资者存在侥幸和贪婪的心理，如果没有建立操作的纪律，帐面盈亏只能随着行情变化而波动，没有及时地止赢结算就没有形成实际的结果。起初的获利也有转变为亏损的可能，会导致操作心态紊乱，影响客观理想的分析思维，最终步步退败。所以制定操作纪律并严格执行非常重要。
5、 从近几年看，黄金价格对市场预期变化的反应都超前于白银，当金价走势出现疲软后，下一轮下滑的可能就是银价，投资者此时应当谨慎控制仓位，可考虑在银价下调后再行介入。
6、中短期看，银价受美元及股指的影响较大，投资者需要特别关注几个问题：(1)通胀和抗通胀政策的演变;(通胀上行，银价涨;货币政策抗通胀，银价跌)；(2)美元汇率的动向；(美元贬，银价涨);(3)石油价格的波动；(油价涨，银价涨)。
7、银价和金价相关性较高，波动幅度远高于黄金，投资者一般在明确看多黄金的情况下，做多白银可获得更高收益，配置比例不超过所有资本的10%。
