二：不要轻易锁单
锁单等于自杀！不要讲理论上解单如何如何简单，锁过单的投资者都知道，锁单容易解单难。锁单的结果一般是余额在增加，净值在不断减少，而且锁单距离越来越大。如遇到特殊情况，注意少亏即是赢（讲亏损减少之后两个单都出）。通常的情况是，你做多单，行情一直下跌，当你锁单之后，行情立即上涨。行情上涨之后，预测行情持续上涨，割了空单，想入手多单，又开始下跌。来回折腾，不单止亏钱，连心态都做坏了。
三：不可盲目追单
举例17美元/盎司做多，跌到16.5美元/盎司，看见行情还要下，出多单进空单，扫损之后以为要上，又多单进场……来回追，来回亏损。而杜绝这种现象的方法是等破位之后追单，成功率会很高。而追单有技巧，单边行情中直接挂破位单，震荡行情中破位等回调再追。
