白银市场亚盘时段对应外汇市场的悉尼时段和东京时段，欧盘时段对应外汇市场伦敦时段，美盘时段对应外汇市场纽约交易时段，其具体的交易时间分别如下：
1、亚盘
交易时间——8：00-16：00
2、欧盘
交易时间——夏令时：15：00-23：00，冬令时：15：30-24：00
3、美盘
交易时间——夏令时：21：00-4：00，冬令时：21：30-5：00

1、亚盘——8：00-14：00亚洲市场的清淡行情
重点：交易行情一般以上一交易日的趋势为主，做短线或超短线投资为宜，一般震荡的幅度在20-40点左右。
2、欧盘——14:00-18:00欧洲上午市场中的震幅行情
重点：若遇英德法国及欧洲货币组织有影响力的数据披露，15:00点后一般有一次中等震幅行情，欧洲市场开始交易后资金就会增加，外汇市场是一个金钱堆积的市场，一般震荡幅度在40-80点左右。
3、美盘——20：00-24：00美国上午盘大幅震荡行情
重点：美国每周有2-3天披露有影响力的数据,都会给汇市带来剧烈上下波动，欧盘与美盘重叠的市场，是交易日内最佳的入场时机，平均移动点的数值最大。
另外需要补充的是，在20:00前(或关键数据披露前)，因为市场按预期的经济数据买卖，这时段走势通常是下午欧洲盘方向的延续，正常情况下，60-70%的预期切合其后披露的数据，贵金属看盘以观望或继续持仓为主即可。而在凌晨之后，行情大多已经消化完，且为震荡行情，幅度更小，也以观望为主即可。
