经验一：合理控制仓位。我将这个列为第一，因为只有合理控制了仓位，你才有稳定盈利的机会，不然，你的帐户只会是失败。一般将资金的60%入市，如果你的帐户资金只有10万，那么，你每次进单最好是一标准手（3公斤），不管是多或空。在黄金价格行情较好的情况下，进场单子有获利情况下，可以1手一加一加的来做，仓位不要超出6标准手，相反，如果进场单子在亏损，千万不要逆市加码，除非你有几亿的资金可以撑。
经验二：进场之前设置止损，此为炒黄金保本的不二法则。一般1.5元左右为宜，或在支撑点下方，阻力点上方。为什么要设置止损，我举个例子：我公司有这样一个客户，开户50000元，两个月下来做得不错，做单从来不设置止损，这样的确让许多本来该止损亏损的单子转为获利，一下来赚了50000元，帐户番了一番。后来在641那波行情中，空单坚决不设置止损，这一单就亏损了大部分。不设置止损等于你每做一单就可能导致帐户死亡。
经验三：心态控制。很奇怪有些客户，赚的时候赚个1000到2000就平仓出局了，亏损的时候3000到4000还继续留，舍得亏钱1000-1500平仓，你到头绝对是个赚钱的帐户。要知道一个成功的操作者是9次亏损，1次盈利，但是这次盈利要把9次亏损拿回来，并赚了一番。
经验四：趋势做单。有些投资者整天在想这个市场跌了这么多，应该是个底了，于是就多单进场，或者在想涨了这么多，应该是头了，于是进卖单。往往市场都会让这些人失望，为什么呢？因为市场不是想当然，市场是有它的规律的。我进单之前都有个技巧，看市场是偏多偏空，在小的回调后趋势进场做单。追涨杀跌不可行，讲究技巧才重要。
