伦敦金是一项国际性的金融交易品种，日内的价格波动在10-50点不等，主要由国际大事、经济数据、外汇走势来左右其波幅。根据现时伦敦金价格的波动来看，一般我们会把10-15点左右的价格波幅成为盘整行情，那究竟伦敦金盘整的概念是什么呢？
一、什么是盘整行情？
盘整，是金融交易的专业术语。通常指价格变动的幅度较小，是在规律且稳定的情况下进行，无明显的上涨或下降趋势，方向不易把握，是投资者最迷惑的时候。
举例：前一交易伦敦金的价格是1200美元/盎司；隔日，伦敦金行情在1200-1208美元之间反复波动，最后收于1205美元/盎司。在此段交易行情中，既无明显的上涨趋势，也无明显的下跌趋势，且波动的区间很窄，就称为盘整行情。
原因：造成盘整行情的原因有很多，主要是因为买卖力量均衡而产生价格无明显波动方向，当然也有交易清淡而产生的行情无波动的情况。
二、如何判断盘整行情？
1、利用布林带判断
布林带，一共有三条轨道线。其中，上轨可看做价格的压力线；下轨可以看做价格的支撑线；中轨可以看做价格的平均线。因此利用布林带判断盘整行情是否结束的方法主要有以下几种：
（1）上轨：当行情进入上轨道运行，且一直没有突破上轨也没有下破中轨时，表明伦敦金的行情处于上轨道的强势整理中，投资者可以逢低买入或继续持有。
（2）中轨：当布林带的上轨线向下运行，而中轨线和下轨线还在向上运行时，表明伦敦金的行情处于弱势整理当中，投资者可以观望为主。
（3）下轨：当行情进入下轨道运行，且一直没有突破中轨也美元下破下轨时，表明伦敦金的行情处于弱势整理当中，投资者可以逢高做空或继续观望。
2、均线
最简单利用均线判断盘整行情的方法就是，所有的均线都缠绕在一起，MA5、MA10、MA20几条均线反复穿越无明显方向时，代表行情即将进入盘整行情。
3、MACD
当MACD接近零轴附近时，代表买卖力量薄弱，代表价格进入横盘整理。
