美国经济数据整体表现不及预期施压美元。其中耐用品订单数据和成屋签约销售数据均表现疲弱，只有初请失业金数据表现好于预期。尤其是美国12月耐用品订单创16个月来最大跌幅，这是表明2015年年末美国经济增长大幅放缓的最新指标。德国1月通胀创8个月高位，提振欧元兑美元回升两周高位，欧元区1月经济景气指数有所下滑及不及预期，主要因工业、服务业投资者对未来整体物价提升比较悲观，而消费者信心也开始下滑，拖累总体经济增长。
