美联储主席伯南克北京时间4月10日称，美国经济在克服金融危机上，离完全复苏仍然很远，在美联储责任中，金融稳定政策现在与货币政策一样重要。4月9日纽约时段时段内，一份针对美国一级市场交易商的调查显示显示，受访的15家美国一级市场交易商有11家预计美联储最终将宣布QE3，11家交易商中有10家预计美联储将在今年6月宣布QE3，15家交易商有7家预计美联储首次升息将在2014年下半年，5家预计美联储在2014年下半年之前升息，3家预计在之后升息，市场似乎已经再次回归到QE3的预期之中。
