全美不动产协会(NAR)周三称，成屋销售增长3.2%，年率为549万户，创下2007年2月以来最高。NAR指出，今年成屋销售有望创出八年来最大增幅。另外美国6月份二手房中价同比上涨6.5%至236,400美元，创未经通胀调整的纪录新高。数据出炉后，美元指数触及日内新高97.79。美指纽约尾盘上升0.3%，报97.60。上周三美联储主席耶伦(Janet Yellen)在国会作证时暗示今年稍晚将进行近十年来首次加息。不过她也对强势美元对美国经济的负面影响发出警告。海希腊议员周三将就债权人要求的两大关键措施进行辩论，分别是有关破产银行的规定以及加快救助过程的法律程序。
