美国纽约商品交易所(COMEX)黄金期货周五(10月12日)收盘小幅下滑，因美国消费者信心及此前的就业数据改善，令市场忧虑美联储(FED)可能限制货币刺激措施的规模。美联储的货币刺激举措一直提振金价表现。密歇根大学公布的数据显示，美国10月初消费者信心指数升至83.1，为2007年9月以来的最高水平，远高于预期的78.0。9月份终值为78.3，初值为79.2。该数据同近期就业市场的优异表现形成照应。
