基本面：
周四美国公布12月个人收入及个人消费支出月率基本和预期相符；上周初请失业金人数为36.8万，比前值高出3.8万。虽然日内公布的就业数据比较糟糕，但作为先导指标的初请数据在过去两周曾大幅下降，此外1月ADP就业新增人数也增19.2万，高於市场预期16.5万，显示就业市场继续温和改善。周四美国参议院当地时间终于批准了拟允许联邦政府负债规模在5月中旬之前超出此规定的16.4万亿美元上限的法案。这意味着该法案已在国会众参两院顺利过关，这也为美国总统奥巴马此后正式签署该法案使之生效铺平了道路。
