美国商务部周四公布的数据显示，随着节假日的临近，购物季的到来，以及汽车销售强劲，美国11月零售销售月率增长0.7%，优于市场预期；而一份数据同样对美元构成支撑，12月7日当周初请失业金人数升至36.8万人，远超市场预期。数据显示，美国12月7日当周初请失业金人数升至36.8万人，单周增幅创下2012年11月10日当周以来最高。另外，欧盟统计局周四公布的数据显示，10月工业产出大幅走低，远超市场预期，虽然欧元区经济摆脱衰退，但是经济复苏势头仍脆弱不堪。
