美联储周三(3月19日)发布的利率决议声明中撤销了加息前瞻指引中“耐心”一词。但美联储释放了对美国经济增长更为谨慎的信号，且表示不会在4月加息，显示美联储对于经济复苏的进度仍非常担忧。美联储官员们将2015年底联邦基金利率预期中值下调至0.625%，12月份时的预期为1.125%。上周五美国公债收益率再度下滑，不过高于近期触及的数周低点，同时美元指数走软，因美国和欧洲央行的货币政策宽松，促使交易商恢复对美国公债的买盘，周四许多交易商对曾美国公债获利了结。
