炒黄金的风险管理

风险管理(Risk Management)是指在一个有风险的环境里把风险减至最低的管理过程。
风险管理的基本流程可以归纳为：风险的识别、风险的预测和度量、选择有效的手段处理或控制风险。
1、风险的识别。风险识别是风险管理的首要环节。只有在全面了解各种风险的基础上，才能够预測风险可能造成的危害，从而选择处理风险的有效手段。
2、风险的预测和度量。风险预测实际上就是估算、衡量风险，由风险管理人运用科学的方法，对其掌握的统计资料、风险信息及风险的性质进行系统分析和研究，进而确定各项风险的频度和强度，为选择适当的风险处理方法提供依据。
3、风险控制。风险控制的最高境界是消除风险或规避风险，比如对套期保值者而言，其目的就是期望通过黄金交易规避企业无法消除的价格风险。但彻底杜绝风险是一种理想状态。利益主体在做出很大努力之后仍旧会面临风险是正常的，一方面是因为有些风险是利益主体无法控制的;另一原因是风险控制也有一个成本收益之间的平衡或选择难题。比如，黄金交易所或黄金公司长时间大幅提高保证金比例，自然可以消除客户的爆仓风险，从而彻底杜绝自身受到损失的可能，但此举同时不可避免的会造成负面影响，最终可能导致客户放弃交易，使黄金交易所和黄金公司面临另一种风险即经营风险。又如，黄金交易所推出创新业务，更好地服务市场，也具有一定的风险，如单纯从杜绝风险角度考虑，自然会对创新活动采取抵制态度，但这是以牺牲整个市场效率为代价的：另外，对黄金投机者而言，参与黄金交易的目的是获取风险收益，如果以杜绝风险为目的，那就没有必要去参与黄金交易了。
