今年1月31日，河北省廊坊市警方披露称，涉及全国多个省市的黄金投资集团涉嫌非法集资案告破，36000余人报案。据了解，不法分子打出销售“迷你小金条”的旗号，劝说顾客不进行交割、将金条寄存在交易平台，每年可按销售价给15%的年利息，实质就是高息向公众借贷。

“仅在长三角地区，各种地下炒金公司数量至少有数千家。”据相关负责人介绍，一些地下代理公司就是租个酒店房间办公，靠打电话揽客，经营门槛很低。
