一、在亚欧盘先建仓
由于非农行情波动剧烈，在行情开始后下单，很可能会遇到建仓的价格已经是行情走了一半甚至走完的价格，因此，为了把握好非农行情，可以选择在欧亚时段先建仓，且要保证该交易单有获利止损价格。
比如说，目前金价为1108美元/盎司，而金价正处于下跌趋势，同时市场对非农的预期为利好于美元，那么就可以先在1108美元/盎司的价格上建立空单，然后等价格下跌到一定程度时设置获利止损，如在1105美元的位置止损，那么等晚上非农的时候，即使数据表现出乎意料使得金价反向运行也能保证该交易单不亏损。
不过，这种做单方式比较难把握，因为这要对整日的行情有较大的把握度才能确保建仓价位是本日高位或低位，这对技术要求较高。
二、捉回调以及顺势做单
一般来说，因为非农行情波动剧烈，往往在一波大的下跌或上涨后，会出现一波小幅的回调行情，因此，大家可以在非农公布后第一波行情走完时进行抄底或高位做空，同时在回调行情结束时继续按照非农的结果顺势做单。不过要注意，回调行情的盈利并不会很多，一般在2-6美元之间，大家要捉好时机平仓。
