定义：
获利回吐，一般是指在价格上扬一段时间后，投资者卖掉手头持有的资产以实现获利。广义而言，获利回吐是指结清头寸以实现伦敦金套利。获利回吐，所作的交易是与开仓方向相反的交易，因此，获利回吐与止盈类似，但获利回吐更多的是投资者主动的、即时的行为，一般按市价成交；而止盈一般为订单，是预先设定好的具体价格。
解读：
